fmrii 1.0.0 released
Monday, August 20th, 2007The fmrii Modelling Library is a C++ library for fMRI modelling and analysis. It provides classes implementing the balloon model for hemodynamics, as well as other useful neural and experimental models for fitting to fMRI data using the dysii Dynamic Systems Library.
The library is open source and free. Version 1.0.0 is its first release. More information is available from its website.
