Tint is a photo filter for colour-select effects. It automatically clusters the colours of a photo into distinct groups, and allows each colour to be turned on or off to achieve the desired effect.

Tint is free and open source software, released under a BSD license. For a few examples of what it can do and to download, see its website.

dysii 1.0.0 released

The dysii Dynamic Systems Library is a C++ library for machine learning within dynamic systems. It provides methods such as the Kalman, unscented Kalman and particle filters and smoothers, as well as useful classes such as common probability distributions and stochastic processes.

The library is open source and free. Version 1.0.0 is its first release. More information is available from its website.
