This is a Rosegarden device file for the Korg Triton Extreme range of keyboards. It allows for the easy import of bank and control event information into Rosegarden. All data has been obtained from the instrument manuals.

Usage
- Download the above Korg-Triton-Extreme.rgd file.
- Open the Manage MIDI Devices dialog in Rosegarden.
- Select your keyboard from the Play Devices list and click the Import… button.
- Select the downloaded file to import all bank and control event information.
- On your keyboard, go to the Global page and change the Bank Map setting from "GM(2)" to "KORG".

Nice work. Does it work for Triton Classic? That’s what I have. And I’ve overwritten and erased so many factory patches that the bank list wouldn’t really matter to me anyway.

Hi Morgan. I’ve not tried it with Triton Classic, but I’d imagine it should get you most of the way there, if not all of the way. I’d have thought all the controller settings are the same, there will be all the extension banks on the Extreme that aren’t on the Classic that will show up, but you can delete them easily enough through Rosegarden, as well as make edits for your custom patches.
